Separate from shipping, our issue is there are some orders that aren't worth approving for pickup because of Cityhive fees. Ex. a customer orders a 30pack of beer (which at our store is basically at cost due to competition). We technically lose money on that sale just from paying CH. That customer is already coming in to pick up those small ticket items. A convenience fee could also be an option to explore for CH, but an order minimum would be better viewed from customers.
