Add a feature that would allow users to print a receipt for refunded orders.

Business Need: Currently, there is no clear way to provide or retain printed proof that a refund has been successfully processed. Adding a printable refund receipt would help store staff validate completed refunds, provide documentation to customers, and support record-keeping when questions arise regarding refunded transactions.

Requested Functionality:

Add a “Print Refund Receipt” option after a refund is completed.

The receipt should clearly indicate that the transaction was refunded.

Allow reprinting of the refund receipt from the order history screen.
