Show the customer how close in dollars they are to hitting free delivery/shipping minimum on checkout screen or shopping cart.

As many other webshops do, it would be great for customers to see that they are "currently X dollars away from free delivery!" as an example. This encourages customers to add a little more to their cart to receive a discount/incentive.
