Export Customers Who Added an Email Address During a Selected Date Range

We would like the ability to export all customers who became email subscribers within a selected date range.
This should include:
- New customers created with an email address.
- Existing customers who added an email address after their account was created.
This enhancement would help ensure all new email subscribers are included in marketing exports.
