We can change all the parameters of a discount, except for its name. Sometimes it may be as simple as a spelling error. Other times it may be to make it a more accurate title, but for whatever the reason may be, on occasion we have need to change its name. As it stands now, we cannot.

Allow stores to print shelf-talkers for products such that we can display ratings, product image, and descriptions in a nicely printed label that we can print and put on the shelf in the store

Noticed that there's no option to remove Subs that have never purchased or some that have not Purchased in a while. Also to remove Subs who remove themselves from pur Email Blast subscription.

We have Noticed that Cityhive uses a Barcode Technology that collects product description. Unfortunately we have Noticed that it doesn't not work well. Especially with Adding Numbers or Even The way we have the products described on our Point of Sale system. We Noticed that Cityhive has the option to switch from products description showing up using Cityhive to Showing up how we have it on our POS. Unfortunately Cityhive charges an Extra $50 per month for invintory to show up like we have it on our POS. We personally think this should be a free choice & Service how we want our inventory to be collected and showing up on our website. Since there's a $50 charge per month I've Noticed there is no filter to find out wich products we have Manually changed to show up being collected from our POS. It would be appreciated if there was a Filter to see which products have been updated / changed from Cityhive to My POS. It would be greatly appreciated if on the right side of product descriptions would be a check option to Bulk check product descriptions & change them from Cityhive to My POS without doing it one product at a Time. It's time wasting and unfortunately unacceptable.

This has been a Pain for us for years. Don't understand why this isn't possible. When customers messes up with putting wrong Adress or they forget to add a Unit or Apartment number they contact us to make a change but unfortunately we can't because it's locked up for us retailers to do so, only cityhive has to make those changes. LThis a Serious inconvenience. Many times no one picks up the phone when we need this done within 24 hours and or our email requests get ignored, lost or forgotten to get the request done. Honestly this should've been a priority years ago as it should be done by now. I'm surprised no one has Mentioned or Even Request this to be Changed for better convenience for us and our Bottom line of profit and convenience.

It would be great to be able to set up a new delivery zone based on a circular mile radius around the store's location.

can we develop where we can see reports for doordash orders and cityhive orders separate or any other platform we will be launching in near future

Cityhive system will not force repeat customers to verify purchases every time they order regardless if like this 1st time customer who we Canceled their order and reordered and we can send or know if they are actually the person who reordered from our store through cityhive system.

Is there a way to bold and possibly change the color or font size of the ship date part of Shipping information to make sure we do not miss it?

It would be great if they were a "copy" icon next to the tracking number for shipping order, like there is next to email address of customer. Thank you for your consideration
