We have a form for employment apps. We would like the submissions to be submitted in the form of a PDF or at least downloadable PDF from the "Forms" tab on the dashboard

Now you can download form submissions as a CSV file. Go to the single form page on the dashboard, click the 'More Actions' button (three dots), and select 'Download Submissions'.
