The idea is simple. We have customers who, for example, don't want their wine delivered in a gift box for whatever reason. If we could assign pop-up notifications to a specific customer, it would make these preferences much easier to track.
When an order comes in, the notification would automatically appear, and we could simply click "X" to close it. Once the entire team remembers the customer's preference, the notification could be disabled in the settings.
The goal is for the notification to pop up every time that customer places an order, so even if the person who originally handled the request isn't working that day, everyone else is aware of it. This could be used for things like "don't send cold bottles," "we forgot an item—include it with the next order," or "add a specific bottle to the next delivery."
The key is simply having the reminder automatically appear so the team sees it every time.
