Ability to Manually Sign Customers up for Events

It would be great if we could manually sign customers up for events. We get a number of older customers for our wine classes who call in because they can't navigate a computer. Being able to add them to the event and charge them would be helpful.

It's tough when you're speaking to a regular customer about this big event coming up and they ask how they can sign up and you have to send them home and hope they figure it out/remember to sign up.

yes! If we sell tickets in house the only option we have is to alter the number of tickets available. We can't just add--"sold 4 tickets in house" so the number of available tickets and money made is accurate.
