Events Management

Certain events are bottle signings and require a purchase of bottles/bundles to get in line and meet the celebrity. RSVP is misleading and prevents us from putting these events on our event page. We'd like the option to remove the Button altogether or to edit it to whatever we want "Purchase Bundle, etc" along with the link the button goes to.

I would like the ability to archive a draft of an event. We do not have a date set for the event yet, but I would like to save all of the details and use them in the future.

Dear CityHive Team, I’m writing to share feedback regarding the current campaign scheduling process. At the moment, I have to manually clone and recreate the same campaign every week, which becomes time-consuming and inefficient for ongoing promotions. days and times throughout the week. This feature would significantly improve workflow efficiency and allow businesses like ours to manage recurring promotions more easily and consistently. As a retailer running weekly tastings and rotating offers, this limitation creates unnecessary repetitive work that could easily be solved with a more flexible scheduling system. I hope you will consider adding this capability in a future update, as it would be a valuable improvement for many users. Thank you for your time and for continuing to develop the platform. Best regards,

when i create an event please create a share button so i can link directly to insta , facebook and other social media to promote an event.

Sync the ticketing so if a refund is made, then that ticket is added to the number of "available tickets" and is no longer included when you download the customers

We'd like to send a reminder email with the ticket name and date, location, number tickets purchased.

Sell tickets to a select group of people etc.

Include an "add to calendar" button so when people sign up for events it will populate in their calendar.

It would be great if we could manually sign customers up for events. We get a number of older customers for our wine classes who call in because they can't navigate a computer. Being able to add them to the event and charge them would be helpful.

My company currently does not us the CH events calendar, however, I would like to. The problem being it's a total pain to upload and get the system to recognize the CSV without issues. However, a lot of stores don't have the capabilities we have to buildout workarounds. There should be a button that vendors can select when on the events page to request tastings. The timeline methodology being: 1️⃣Submission request placed 2️⃣Admin is notified of request with the ability to approve or deny it 3️⃣Once approved the event shows up on the website calendar
