We use City-Hive's credit card verification process for fraud prevention which works well overall. However, there can be technical issues, user error, login issues, etc. that prevents a lot of customers from being able to complete the process via city hive.

In these cases, we verify the credit card in person during pickup or delivery by physically confirming the number and name on the card. We verify it and process the order, but in cases like this - the City Hive system still shows the card is unverified, causing the credit card verification process to trigger again for any future orders from this customer.

Looking for a way to add a merchant-level option to mark a credit card as "verified in person." This prevents repeat verifications being triggered, for known, legitimate cards.
