It has been brought to my attention that City Hive does not have a way to set up an item for free shipping once a certain threshold is met without making the entire order that the item may be a part of also be included in that free shipping. I am surprised this has not been set up earlier but I think this is a necessary tool and one that many others will use. Even with our archaic wine fetch we would typically have 5-10 items that we set to free shipping on a purchase volume (1 bottle sometimes but more often 6 or more). We would hope that if a customer buys six of an item that is qualifying for the automatic discount of free shipping that it would simply waive shipping charges associated with that item and if 5 more cases of non-eligible wine were included in the order they would be treated as they normally would without the additional bottles.

It would be ideal if we could add a handling charge to a specific item for when its shipped. That way when that item is bought and needs to be shipped, it automatically adds $X amount to the shipping costs. Handling charges may be due to the product its self or the extra labor/wrapping that goes into keeping the product safe enough to ship it.

There needs to be a better way for CH to calculate shipping costs on orders and the way the customer is getting charged. Currently if a customer tries to get 10 shots shipped to them it is calculated it as full bottles. Causing the shipping cost to be much greater then it should. We are losing customer we had in the past that only had small items shipped to them. There should be some kind of calculations for all sizes and pack sizes.

A quick and easy to access button for customers to quickly reorder their last completed order. We have customers that order the same thing every couple of days and a quick and easy way to allow this for them would be nice.

Image Below Should Prove my Point that it's time to Fix this Major Issue that Cityhive needs to give attention to so we can do more Shipments of small items especially like 375ml or small items that customers shouldn't pay the same amount as 750ml or larger.

I've Noticed that Items like like , Tobacco, Refreshments, Candy, & More that are around 8oz or less are being calculated as 1lb or more and could cost customers a lot for shipping costs and US from getting that Business. Why Can't Cityhive Put those items at at least 8oz temporarily till development can figure something that they could calculate exactly weight and measurement. Retailers who have clover can creat an under LB Under Catagory and others hopefully have similar way to do that and allow cityhive System collect as that and all of those items would be calculated as 8oz regardless of weight. I've noticed items Under 1lb is about 32% - 37% of our industry sales that we are either losing out on or overcharging our customers who would do more business with us if this Temperley 8oz cross the boad calculation was Implemented.

If an item is hidden we should have the ability to create a private URL for the hidden item to allow certain customers to order it.

If CH sees duplicate UPC’s you should still load each product. This continues to be an issue and results in missing products.

I think it would be great for a customer to mark that we can substitute items if we are out of stock, and also check off if they would not like a substitution on particular items. If we end up being out of stock, we have to call the customer to check to see if it's okay to provide a substitute, and having them mark it off in advance would be super efficient.

Currently the customer only sees shipping options when they click "Deliver". but Deliver in our market means LOCAL DELIVERY, so it is confusing that to see shipping options they need to click deliver, then enter an address, THEN they get delivery options.
