We recently enabled the “TIP” functionality for DD orders placed through City Hive. Now that we’ve processed a few orders, we’ve got a simple request that should make it more efficient for our staff to ring these orders up.
Due to the TIP amount going directly to the driver and not included as part of the disbursements that we receive, we don’t include the tip amount in the total when ringing the order up in our POS System. We use a calculator to subtract the TIP amount from each delivery order to get the total that matches the disbursement report.
Can you edit the printed order sheet to show the tip amount, but not include it in the total; or have a total without the tip fee listed separately on the printout that staff use to process orders?
