Damaged Shipments Notification

City Hive should implement an automated damage notification process for shipped orders.
When a carrier such as UPS identifies that an order has been damaged, returned, or otherwise interrupted in transit, that information should automatically flow back to City Hive and be sent to the retailer in real time.
Retailers should not have to manually check tracking numbers for every shipped order to discover damaged shipments after the fact. If the carrier can notify the customer, City Hive should also be able to notify the retailer.
This improvement would allow retailers to proactively contact customers, resolve issues faster, reduce frustration, and create a better customer experience.
