Hi City Hive Team, We have a couple suggestions that would improve the tipping experience for stores offering both pickup and delivery. Allow pickup tipping without a default tip selection Currently, enabling pickup tips requires using the same global tip levels and default percentages as delivery. This can result in pickup customers seeing a preselected tip, which can feel awkward since tipping is typically associated with delivery. It would be helpful if pickup orders could support: • Allow pickup tipping without a default tip selected • Present customers with an optional “Add Tip” button or custom tip field • Keep delivery tipping behavior unchanged (default percentage allowed) This would allow stores to accept tips for pickup orders without making it feel expected. Allow more than three preset tip levels Right now stores can only set three tip percentages, which limits flexibility. Many stores would benefit from having 4–5 preset options, for example: 10% / 15% / 20% / 25% This would allow customers to choose a tip level more easily without needing to enter a custom amount. Both of these improvements would make tipping feel more natural for customers and easier to configure for stores offering both pickup and delivery. Thanks for considering these enhancements.

There should be a way to track referrals once the program is set up - right now we have no way of knowing (or thanking) the customers who have sent referrals and no way of knowing how many referral codes have been used on orders. The idea of referrals is great but we can't know if its working if there is no way to see the orders/response.

Our 1-click campaign is set to go out on Sundays, which is one of the two days that our store is closed... After contacting City Hive, it sounds as though there is no way for us to edit the weekly date or time that our 1-click campaigns are sent out: "Thanks for sharing! The 1-Click campaigns are pre configured and cannot be modified in any way unfortunately :/" It would benefit our business, and I'm sure other retailers as well, greatly to be able to select that day of the week that which these campaigns are sent out, at a minimum. I'm not sure that we will get any benefit (sales or overall brand visibility) if these campaigns are only able to be sent out on days that we're not even open.

When writing emails, the "Update" button should actually save your work, so that if your computer dies or your internet goes out the work you've already done is saved. You shouldn't have to back out of the email editor to save your progress.

Can we please have the ability to see all orders with "notes" in them and only those orders? Some customers want orders held until a certain date and they put that in the notes section. We are not able to see it unless we click on the order, there should be a way we can see all orders with notes.

It would be nice to be able to have an automatic price change occur with action triggers such as Inventory level or a schedule with a frequency option. This can help maintain inventory levels and ensure a healthy turn around time.

I will keep asking because this is the one feature we aren't able to use: to be able to offer our customers our everyday wine discount & something else, i.e., customer buys 12 bottles of wine~ gets 15% off the wine PLUS use a CH campaign like a spend $100 on whiskey, get 10% off. We can not use this either OR option. Or the free delivery option. Not going to not give our customers a $10 free delivery, but not give them their 15% off everyday discount.

There should be a flag or some kind pop up on shipping orders that are for express/express overnight shipping so the team can be notified that these orders need to be addressed asap.

We should be able to create multiple labels and control the weight for each box. We should also be able to edit or switch out the tracking number incase we need to make or add additional shipments to an order.
