We have a couple suggestions that would improve the tipping experience for stores offering both pickup and delivery.

Currently, enabling pickup tips requires using the same global tip levels and default percentages as delivery. This can result in pickup customers seeing a preselected tip, which can feel awkward since tipping is typically associated with delivery.

It would be helpful if pickup orders could support:

• Allow pickup tipping without a default tip selected

• Present customers with an optional “Add Tip” button or custom tip field

• Keep delivery tipping behavior unchanged (default percentage allowed)

This would allow stores to accept tips for pickup orders without making it feel expected.

Right now stores can only set three tip percentages, which limits flexibility. Many stores would benefit from having 4–5 preset options, for example:

10% / 15% / 20% / 25%

This would allow customers to choose a tip level more easily without needing to enter a custom amount.

Both of these improvements would make tipping feel more natural for customers and easier to configure for stores offering both pickup and delivery.
