I have a product listed as 12 pack case on the website and when a customer place an order it estimates the shipping charges correctly based on the weight of 12 bottle however when it comes to box charges it picks a single bottle box. I was suggested a work around to solve this issue by going to edit order and manualy change it. I can do that but that doesnt sit well with the customer as they feel it is bait and switch technique changing price after placing the order. Please help address this issue as I am loosing money on boxes and lot of upset customers and end up business. Please help address the isuue asap.
