We now support full control on fulfillment options for a Wine Club (Pickup, Delivery or Shipping). Setup is already running for some merchants, including Gary's Wine & Marketplace.
Note: Dynamically calculating the cost according to destination is still not supported.

Roi Kliper: The only options that I see are "Pickup" and "Delivery." It does not appear that shipping is supported.
