Wine Clubs

Can we add a maximum number of subscribers to a particular club with the ability to add them to a wait list if spots open up.

We had a customer sign up for our wine of the month club 2 days before pickup but we can't charge him out manually for it, even though we can have the package ready for him. Doesn't make sense to make him wait over a month until after the holidays for his Wine of the Month, why can't we charge it out?

Allow the store to download a shipping label file for all shipping orders on a monthly basis

It would be great to be able to charge all wine club/subscription invoices at once, but not be locked into the specific billing date under "charge invoices automatically". This would give control over when all customers are charged, and make it easier/faster to identify any cards with issues, while also avoiding the tedium of clicking each invoice one by one.

we have over 65 club members and don't run our club at the same time every month so do not want to automate this feature. We now have to manually click each users name to run their card. This is tedious and often results in missing charges or double charging customers.

Autopilot to let customer know their payment failed and request them to reach out to us to provide a new form of payment.

Would be great if customers could subscribe to plans and manage their subscription through the app.

Allow an option on the subscription page to show all members or only active members.
